April 7, 2014

Today started out with overcast skies and rain, but it turned into a pretty nice day once the low pressure system moved by. Winds are now out of the northwest at 9mph, temperature is 50 F, and dewpoint is 36 F. Were going to start seeing a warming trend throughout the week as high pressure crosses the US. The surge of warmer air may cause overwhelming of streams and rivers. The risk increases where ground is saturated or rivers are already running high from recent rain.
