Right now in Hayward it's 15 F with scattered clouds. Winds are calm out of the west and barometric pressure is 1016 mb. Most weather forecasters are talking about the return of the cold air this weekend. We have a system building up in the north and that's going to make its way down by the end of the weekend. I would expect to see another trough in the jet stream that will make this weather possible.
